2010 Conference Registration

For 2010, you have three registration options. The first option can be fully completed online, including payment by credit card. The second and third options require the use of Adobe Reader and need to be mailed in with your payment. (If you do not already use Adobe Reader, it can be downloaded for free from the Adobe site.)

New policy: Pre-registrations not accompanied with payment will incur the on-site registration fee ($250).

Online Version - User your existing User Account, sign up for a new User Account if you do not have one, or enter as a Guest User. Complete your registration online and then pay by credit card or print and mail with your check. Multiple registrations can be completed and paid for at the same time.
 

Print Version 1 - this version can be opened via Adobe Reader, completed on your computer, printed and mailed.*

Notes:
1) As you are typing in text, be aware as you come to the end of a line. Your text will not automatically continue onto the next line of the form. You will need to tab to the next line to continue typing.

2) If you will not complete and print the form in one sitting, you will need to save it to your own computer so you can come back to it at a later time.

3) If you need more space for your information than the form allows, you will need to create your own additional pages.

Print Version 2 - this version can be downloaded and then opened through Adobe Reader, printed, typed and mailed.*

*Payment is required with registration, so the form cannot be completed and e-mailed to the Office of Tourism. It must be printed and mailed.
