2012 Conference Registration

There are three registration options. The first option can be fully completed online, including payment by credit card. The second and third options require the use of Adobe Reader and need to be mailed in with your payment. (If you do not already use Adobe Reader, it can be downloaded for free from the Adobe site.)

Payment policy: Pre-registrations, online or print, that do not include payment at the time of registration will incur the on-site registration fee of $250.

Online Payment System - Use your existing User Account, sign up for a new User Account if you do not have one, or enter as a Guest User. Complete your registration online and then pay by credit card. Multiple registrations can be completed and paid for at the same time.
 

Print Version 1 - this version can be opened, completed on your computer, printed and mailed with payment.*

Notes:
1) You need to complete and print the form in one sitting.

2) If you need more space for your information than the form allows, you will need to create your own additional pages.

Print Version 2 - this version can be downloaded and then opened through Adobe Reader, printed, typed and mailed with payment.*

*Payment is required with registration, so the form cannot be completed and e-mailed to the Department of Tourism. It must be printed and mailed.
