Online Training

The South Dakota Department of Tourism, in partnership with the College of Business and Technology at Black Hills State University, is pleased to offer an online training option to help members of the tourism industry in South Dakota enhance their customer service skills.

Online Customer Service Training

This free training, launched in 2008, is primarily for front-line employees who are the first people to come into contact with travelers to South Dakota. The goal of this training is to help front-line employees with awareness and ideas to make the best first impression possible.
