Hot Deals is an online cooperative marketing program offered to
lodging properties and events. The program allows industry partners to post any last-minute or seasonal sales on www.TravelSD.com.
Hot Deal examples:

Stay 3 nights and get the 4th Free! Valid year round

Stay 3 nights and receive 30% off your stay! Valid 5/15/12 through 10/1/12
-
Suites Only- 1-2 people- $179; up to 4- $199! Valid 5/15/12 through 10/1/12
-
$50 (25% off) concert tickets to Joey Paradigm on August 14. Valid 8/8/12 through 8/14/12
Program Guidelines:

Hot Deal must be a minimum
of 25 percent off the rack rate (i.e. current season's
rate).

Hot Deals can be set up for peak and off-peak seasons.

Hot Deal will be effective within one week of when received by the Department of Tourism.

Hot Deal will rotate on www.TravelSD.com under the "Vacation Packages” tab.

Hot Deal will be removed upon expiration.

There is no limit to the number
of hot deals a partner may list.

If you ARE a bookable property through South Dakota Central Reservations/Black Hills Central Reservations (SDCR/BHCR), your hot deal will be bookable online on all appropriate partner sites. Normal commissions apply.

If you ARE NOT a SDCR/BHCR member, your hot deal will appear only on www.TravelSD.com and will not be bookable through the reservation channels. However, your contact information will be listed for direct booking with your property or organization.
When you are ready to submit a Hot Deal, you may submit it
via the online form, or you may
download and fax the form.
All Hot Deals will be reviewed and may be edited or declined as deemed appropriate by Department of Tourism staff.
