2008 Giant Step Application Information

Two versions of the 2008 application form are available online.

The second version requires the use of Adobe Reader. (If you do not already use Adobe Reader, it can be downloaded for free from the Adobe site.)

Deadline: Oct. 24, 2007.

Version 1 - Online

This is an online version accessible by the link below. The online version allows you to submit your text, contact information and/or photos. It does not allow for online payment.

To ensure your spot in the 2008 Giant Step Co-op, payment of $4,000 or down payment of $2,000 must be mailed to the Office of Tourism. The deadline was Oct. 24, 2007.

Version 2 - Print

This version is a PDF (653 KB) and can be downloaded and then opened with Adobe Reader, printed, typed and mailed.

To ensure your spot in the 2008 Giant Step Co-op, payment of $4,000 or down payment of $2,000 and materials must be mailed to the Office of Tourism. The deadline was Oct. 24, 2007.

To open this version of the application, you should be able to left-click on the link and it will open the form, or you can right-click and select "Save Target as..." and save the application form to your own computer.

Due to signature and payment requirements, the PDF form cannot be completed and e-mailed to the Office of Tourism. It must be printed and mailed.
