RESEARCH and E-CommerceOnline marketing is becoming increasingly more vital to our efforts as more and more users are going online. The Research & E-Commerce team continues to use Web analytics to optimize our websites in order to improve search engine rankings, website usability and to ensure we are providing relevant information to potential travelers. In addition, the E-Commerce team plans to incorporate social marketing into existing efforts as more consumers are using blogs, reviews and user-submitted diaries/photos to help them make their travel decisions.
